Creating an account offers a few different benefits. It allows you to store payment and shipping information for easier ordering in the future, provides status updates on current orders, logs your order history for later reference, and lets you create lists of products for easy repeated or reordering.
There are two ways to create an account:
Click on the person icon in the upper-right corner and select “Login.” Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Next.” Under the password field, select “Forgot My Password.”
Periodically, promotions and special offers are sent to our customers through email. Registered customers can opt into communications by clicking “My Account,” then “Communication Preferences.”
You can also sign up for our email list in the webpage footer and opt in to receive communications. Additionally, customers who register their Quartet products on Quartet.com are eligible to receive emails.
To register your product, visit the Quartet homepage. Go to the “Product Registration” section, which can be found under Get Support > Register Your Product. Enter your name, email address, and the product SKU number, then press submit.
To save your payment information, simply create an account. While in “My Account,” select “Payment Methods” and click “Add New Payment Method.” You can also save your payment information during the checkout process. Our secured checkout lets you store not only your payment information, but also shipping addresses, shipping preferences, and a log of previous orders.

No area of our site is directed at children under 13 years of age, but our site asks for age-identifying information from our visitors to tailor/customize the visitor's experience at our site. Yes. The first step is to create an account. Once created, click on “My Account” and select “Tax Exempt Status.” Fill in all the required fields and upload a current/valid copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate.
Your order number will appear on the order confirmation page when you complete an order. It can also be found under “My Account” for registered users and will be included in the confirmation email sent to you after purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, it is best to return your defective product to the original place of purchase. If the original place of purchase will not accept it, or it was purchased directly from Quartet, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-844-715-3694 within 5 days of your delivery date.
For products purchased from a local store, office dealer, or online retailer, please return the product to where it was originally purchased. If the original location will not accept your return, you may contact us for assistance.

Most stains can be removed with a whiteboard cleaning spray. However, there are some instances where a stain cannot be removed, often when the ink was left on the board for an excessive amount of time. This will vary depending on the surface type of the board.
If you have a light-use board, consistent erasing and cleaning will help maintain the surface and extend the life of the board. Quartet offers a variety of accessories to help you care for your whiteboard including high-quality erasers to quickly and easily wipe the surface clean, along with board cleaner sprays and board wipes to remove ink and dirt.

Nano-Clean and porcelain refer to the surface of the board. A porcelain board has a porcelain enamel surface, which is fused to steel-backing at high temperatures. A Nano-Clean board is a painted steel board that has been treated with a proprietary coating to help improve staining and ghosting. In both cases, the surfaces provide exceptional dry-erase performance. However, the porcelain option will be more durable and resist scratches and dents.

Yes, mounting hardware for standard dry-wall installation comes with all whiteboards.
Yes, all dry-erase boards will come with a Quartet dry-erase marker.

No, while they may look similar, the surface material and composition of the board will greatly impact the overall performance. Generally, there are three main surface types of whiteboards: porcelain, painted steel, and melamine. The frequency of cleanings, erasability, and the longevity of the product will vary by surface type.
This is entirely based on your preference. Think about the room the board will be placed in and the available space within that room. We recommend measuring out the open area and placing a tape outline of the board to help you visualize the size. The most common board sizes are 2' x 1 1/2', 3' x 2', 4' x 3', 6' x 4', and 8' x 4'.
At Quartet, we classify glass boards 4' x 3' or larger and whiteboards 5' x 3' and larger as large boards. Anything smaller is considered a small board. This is important as all of our large boards ship via LTL, while our small boards ship via standard ground, express, or overnight.
Yes, a high-quality whiteboard surface can be restored. Draw over the permanent marker with a black dry-erase marker. Wait a few minutes and erase with a whiteboard eraser. The permanent marker ink binds with the dry-erase ink, which lets you erase the permanent marker. After erasing, clean the board using a Quartet cleaning solution.

It depends on the board, but most of our whiteboards have flexible mounting. This lets you install them either horizontally or vertically. Unless there is a tray that dictates that the board must be mounted horizontally, the board can be installed either way.

Our mounting hardware is designed for dry-wall surfaces. The mounting hardware is not intended to mount to brick, cinder block, concrete or wood surfaces. While boards can be mounted to those surfaces with the correct hardware, we do not offer that hardware at this time.
We recommend using our Premium Glass Board Dry-Erase Markers, which are specifically designed for use on glass boards.
Brilliance Glass Boards are made from a premium glass, which has undergone additional processing to remove most of the iron content in the glass. Visually, this means the Brilliance Glass Boards will have a bright white appearance, which improves the overall contrast with marker ink. Infinity glass boards do not undergo the same treatment and are made with standard tempered glass.
Only rare-earth magnets will work on magnetic glass boards. Due to the thickness of the glass, standard magnets are generally not strong enough to hold their position.
No, our glass boards do not contain hazardous materials.
Some of our markers, like the Premium Glass or EnduraGlide markers, contain alcohol in the ink, and are deemed “hazardous” per US regulations for that inclusion.
The distance from the wall to the very front of the board surface is usually 1". This may vary depending on the type of the glass board.
Our glass boards are 4 mm thick, which is the ideal thickness to blend strength and durability, while minimizing overall product weight.
Yes, you can purchase replacement hardware for Infinity and Brilliance Glass Boards from Quartet.com. We offer six different colors and multiple sizes, depending on the size of your board.

It depends on the board. Infinity and Brilliance boards can be hung vertically and horizontally, while InvisaMount boards must be installed horizontally.

Due to the reflective nature of glass, we don’t recommend it, as there may be a glare across the image.
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing on our boards.
At this time, we do not offer custom boards. However, you can purchase the Quartet Infinity Customizable Glass Dry-Erase Board and insert your own background or graphics, which can be created at a local design or print shop. We also offer a variety of common templates you can use.
No, do not cut your board. If you attempt to cut glass after it has been tempered, it will break and will not be usable.
No, our glass boards are made with tempered glass, which make them up to four times stronger than normal glass.
Our glass boards are made from glass conforming to ASTM C1036 & C1048 standards. The glass is tempered, tested, and certified to ANSI Z97.1 & 16CFR1201C11 (impact testing) industry standards

We do not manufacture and sell individual drawers for the computer pad at this time.
Desktop glass boards are designed for desktop use only, not for wall mounting. Should you choose to mount the board, please note that any alteration of the product or surface will void the warranty.
If you are interested in a wall mounted board, we offer a wide variety of glass boards to choose from.
Currently, the only double-sided desktop glass board we offer is the Desktop Glass Dry-Erase Panel (SKU GDP1723W). For all other desktop glass boards, you can only write on the front surface.
The desktop glass easel stands vertically and lays nearly flat when the stand is folded down. It does not stand horizontally.
Yes, our desktop glass line of products come with one marker. Additional markers may be purchased separately.
Our desktop glass products do not come with an eraser. An eraser may be purchased separately.

Yes, as long as the TV weighs less than 100 lbs., which is the maximum weight the riser will support.
Yes, the padded feet restrict any movement of the monitor riser. They also help prevent any damage to your desktop.
Yes, the top of the monitor riser can also be used as a dry-erase surface.
White markers are included in the Premium Glass Board Dry-Erase Markers 6 pack, both in fine tip and bullet tip (SKUs 79558Q and 79559Q). They are not sold individually at this time.
The best marker to use will depend on the surface type of your dry-erase board. We recommend the following markers for each surface type:

Yes, other glass board markers are compatible with our glass boards. However, Quartet Glass Board Markers are designed and optimized to work the best with our board surfaces.
Fine tip dry-erase markers create thin, precise lines. They are a great choice for defined writing and detailed drawings.
Bullet tip dry-erase markers create thick, broad lines. This helps make writing more easily seen read by others, both up close and from a distance.
Chisel tip dry-erase markers can create either thick or think lines. The multipurpose point lets you customize your written message to fit your needs.

Yes, glass markers will work on any glass surface.
